This company is just awful. Customer service? Nonexistent. I sent messages on Facebook, and they completely ignored me. Tried reaching out via their live chat, but got no response. Emailed them, and still nothing. Even contacted their sister company, Collectif, but they wouldn’t lend a hand. They’re all useless, honestly.

If you're in the US, there's a chance your package won't make it. I ordered something in November, and after waiting 3 weeks with no sign of it, I reached out to the store's customer service via email. They said they'd check on it, but I never got a follow-up. I sent more emails (one the next day and another five days after) asking for a refund, but I got no reply.

I wish I could give zero stars. Sadly, I didn’t check the reviews before I placed my order at the Lulu Hun official store. I already had a pair of shoes (got them from another place) and needed another for my theater performance. I thought the official shop would be reliable.

I ordered and paid on Sunday, November 13th. Now it’s the 20th, and I haven’t heard a thing. My order hasn’t shipped, and I’m left in the dark. What’s really troubling is that I’ve tried reaching out multiple times—through email and chat—but no one has gotten back to me. I’m worried I might lose my money. If they ever respond and send the shoes, I’ll update my review. But for now, I definitely wouldn’t recommend this shop.

Update: I wrote again on November 21st, and they finally got back to me. They told me that due to an error, the shoes were no longer in stock, so they had to cancel my order and refund me. They did refund me, but I can’t shake the feeling that this was their way of handling things: just cancel it. So here I am, without shoes and waiting for my money. I’d say steer clear of this online shop. They don’t seem trustworthy at all.

These shoes are super pretty, no doubt about it, but they are honestly the most painful high heels I've ever tried on. I've got heels that are way taller and skinnier, and I can strut around in those all day without a hitch, but these Luluhun shoes? Ouch! It's a real struggle.

I’m really bummed I dropped so much cash on two pairs, thinking I’d finally get to rock a vintage style, only to end up with sore feet.

Now, returning them is out of the question since I bought them ages ago, thinking I just needed to break them in. But after several attempts to wear them—both at work (with my comfy, higher heels on standby) and at home—I’ve thrown in the towel.

Maybe it was a bad call to get shoes that aren’t made from genuine leather, or maybe the way Luluhun makes them is just not great.

Sadly, as cute as these shoes are, I won’t be buying from this brand again.

Quick and effective service. Initially, the item didn’t fit me right since I messed up the size, but I got a replacement in just a few days. Plus, they threw in a free pair of socks!

Being a lover of unique but stylish heels, Lulu hun consistently wows me. I got the Rosa High Heels for a 1960's Pin-up girl themed bash and got tons of compliments from my pals! The delivery is super quick, and the fact that it's made from vegan leather is a huge bonus for animal enthusiasts like me!!

I placed my order a week back, and I've shot off so many emails and messages via email, Facebook messenger, and their automated service, but nothing's worked. I opted for next day delivery, yet my order hasn’t changed status since I put it in. If Lulu Hun gets back to me and sorts out my order, I might think about changing this review, but as it stands, I ain't using them again.

It's been over a month since I placed my order and paid for two shirts. I've reached out multiple times via email, but no reply from Luluwin. At this point, I can only guess that my 42 UK pounds are gone for good. Just a heads up if you're thinking about buying from them.

I'm trying to make a purchase from Luluhun - I've got funds in my account, and I've confirmed that my app details are right, but my transactions keep getting turned down.

Is Luluwin out of business? Have they been closed by the regulators?

I've sent an email to the company, but nobody has taken the time to respond... not exactly a great way to run a business.

I bought a pair of Tatiana boots, and they turned out to be defective, causing them to gap when I walk, with the lining visible on the outside. I've sent multiple emails to Collectif, and they told me to reach out to Lulu Hun. I did that, but they’ve chosen to overlook my message. I can’t seem to find a phone number for them, and I really want to talk to someone. I've been a loyal customer for years, but not anymore. The customer service is just terrible; is this how Lulu Hun handles complaints, by ignoring them?

I used to be a huge fan of these kicks, but lately, they’ve been coming out way too small... I always grab a size 7, and they used to fit just right... but the last three pairs have been too tight. They actually fit my daughter, who wears a size 5... What’s happening here?

These shoes are stunning, but I had to return them because of the sizing issue. I ordered a EU 39, and they were just way too roomy. My sister, who usually wears a EU 40, tried them on and they were still too loose for her. I took them to see if they could be adjusted, but there’s no way to fix a difference of two sizes. What a shame! The delivery was on point, but sending them back to the UK cost a pretty penny, so I won’t be getting another pair from here, even though they are really lovely.
